​Weekly offering totals:
March 1 regular offering, $1170. Additionally, $200 was given to Heifer International and $135 was given to the Least of the Brethren Food Pantry.
February 22 regular offering, $1771. $42 was given to per capita.
We need to receive $1552 per week to meet the 2026 budgetary requirements. If you miss worship,  please mail in your regular offering. Or bring it to the office. Thank you!

Thank you to all who helped with the funeral meal for the late Wilma Templeton. It meant a lot to the grieving family and to all who attended.

Don't forget to move your clocks forward one hour on Saturday March 7 because Daylight Savings Time begins on March 8.

Thanks to all who gave Walmart gift cards to the Perry County Health Department to help them purchase car seats for children and also thanks to those who donated toys and school supplies to Headstart. You gifts were very much appreciated!

The Pinckneyville Community Good Friday service will be held here at First United Presbyterian Church on April 3 at Noon.

Pinckneyville worships at 9:00 a.m. and Murphysboro at 10:45 a.m. The Peace & Global Witness Offering supports the peacemaking and reconciliation efforts of the church at every governing body level. Gifts given to the Offering are divided in the following manner: 25% is retained by congregations for support of their own peace and reconciliation efforts; 25% retained by mid- councils (12.5% presbytery/12.5% synod); and 50% to the Mission Agency to provide assistance and resources for congregations to promote the peace of Christ. We will receive this offering on October 5.
